Three arrested for hacking Rajya Sabha MP's e-mail account

The accused trio identified as Konate Mohamed (31) and Outtara N'Golhaud (32) from Ivory Coast and Okpeaifoh Michael (31) from Nigeria used to send e-mails seeking money under Dalwai's name.
