Delhi Police arrests 20-year-old ‘Spiderman burglar’ from Tughlakabad

The Delhi Police on Tuesday arrested a 20-year-old thief from Tughlakabad who allegedly climbed balconies and jumped off houses using cars parked below the homes he burgled.
